My sales assoc. was very patient and knowledgeable. She is one of the best associates I have ever experienced. However, matters in regards to the transaction was disheartening. I am a regular customer and selected enough items to be charged on my preferred credit card where there would be 6 months before interest incurred. Once I hit submit, I realized my $10 survey coupon was not included. My sales associate attempted to return the items and ring them back up to include my coupon; however, the manager said the items could not be returned because sales were final. It was clear that she and the sales assoc. were not on the same page as to how the matter could be resolved. When I called the corp. office, I was told the manager wasn't completely accurate with the info. and it was explained to me that the coupon could not be used because it was a promotional sale. Again, it appears that from the sales associate, to the manager, then to the corp. office, I am receiving different information. Very disheartening and frustrating.

I received 2 pandora bracelets as gifts for Christmas, I returned them to get other bracelets that I preferred, when I got to the store I explained that I received these bracelets as gifts and wanted to exchange them, and are willing to pay the difference, I was told that I could only exchange one of the bracelets, so I did, and paid the balance, I left the store disappointed.

The sales person (Yvonne T) began to get frustrated within the first 5 minutes of us talking I asked simple questions about heart shape charms and that I recently purchased a Disney bangle as well as a Winnie Pooh charm and would like to add another charm for my love one. She began giving me suggestions and declined the few she gave me and asked for a catalog she then caught a attitude and turned around and stated “frustrating me” to another sales person who seem to ignore her because she obviously was close enough for me to hear. When I made my selections she looked and didn’t find it in the front and said “ well I can’t find that one” I asked was it at another store maybe she began to become more frustrated and looked it up on the store tablet. Then proceeded to the back of the store to get the item from stock. I would have loved to purchased more items because I love pandora but this sales person left a horrible taste and I decided to just buy the one, which she handled without any care.

I purchased a Floating heart padlock bangle and need to exchange size for medium.Yvonne T. Call me on 5/30 three times so happened a medium bracelet was returned so on 5/30 I went to the store Andrea V. shows me a used bangle I purchased a new one and need to exchange the large for a new medium Customerservice sucks definitely will not recommend this store ever again

Disagreement on the wording of an item in the sales book. I asked for another associates clarification and that associate was rude and obnoxious to say she didn't write the sales book. I was translating for a friend and she got so nervous, her blood pressure went up and we left without her purchase and refuses to ever go there.

Have to be standing in line for several hours to get service and several person who is supposedly sales lead or manager walking around not doing anything. If this the case need more sales associates and less manager. If a manager or sales lead cnt ring up customers that knows exactly what they want. It's reason like this why retail is doing so poorly because several customer turned away and i made several attempt to purchase online. It's only because I was there for more than a hour let me continue to wait to not waste my time. The greater was amazing it's her hospitality that made the difference.

Pandora experience depends on the sales associate and Maria was lazy . I knew what I wanted and where it was located in the store yet she behind the counter and im waiting on her. I also came back to the store later that evening and Maria was her sales associate and they were also dissatisfied they felt like they were being rushed ahd she was unwilling to look for items plus I showed my friend items that I purchased which were on sale and she told them that it wasn't
