1. i came to the store to have two clip charms put on my Pandora bracelet because I could not open them myself and return a third charm I no longer needed. That part went ok. 2. I brought in my bicycle charm to be repaired because one of the wheels broke off. The sales associate told me that Pandora could not irepaair it because they do not sell these charms anymore and if I bought it over a year ago they will not repair, exchange or give me store credit, she was not very nice. 3. I had minor surgery today, I will be reaching out to CORPORATE in the morning.

I went to the Westland Pandora which is located in Hialeah Fl to do a replacement of a charm that I just purchased in April. They did not have the charm in stock and I was asking to be replaced by a different with equal or lesser the price. I was told by the assistant manager that it wasn't possible. That he needed to give me a receipt to call all the stores or come by to ask when that charm would be in stock. I went online and I looked up the warranty policy and read it to him. I was told that they are a franchise and they have their own rules. I believe a franchise needs to follow the same rules as everybody else. I was treated very badly and disrespected, the customer service experience that they provide to the public is equal to zero when we have to resolve an issue. But when we buy we are treated as royal. This shouldn't be the case. I am a consumer and I should be treated equally with or without an issue. This is very disappointing and I will not be returning to that store or any other to purchase any items. I will also call the number that is provided online to file a complaint as well as the Better Business Bureu.

I receive and email with a special that if you spend more than $150 you will get a second bracelet for free and I spend $250 and the answer from the sales representative was that they don’t have in stock no more after I spend one hour waiting outside of the store in line for my turn. Very unhappy 🙁 even the manager said that they don’t have no more. Why the send some email about the special when you don’t have enough for all the customers. What a good way to get business and clients to no yo the store and lie to the customers.

I have never met someone so judgmental as the salesperson who was assisting me today. I came in looking for some new charms and a specific ring. No problem there. I noticed the salesperson becoming frustrated when I was being a bit indecisive with which charms I wanted, understandable. After I chose my charms we moved on to the ring but I didn’t know my size. Which also clearly frustrated her. But what really caught me off guard was the checkout process. She was trying to convince me to spend more money for a deal that was going on. Which I understood because that is retail. Then once I declined she started to become a bit rude. So we proceeded with the checkout and as one does, I asked if I could pay with Klarna in the store (because I’ve seen online that this could be done) and that’s when the salesperson’s attitude completely changed. She started acting snobby and was being completely rude with me when I explained to her that I did not know how to use Klarna in store. Overall, this person has made me feel unwelcomed as a paying customer.

I visited the Pandora store in pembroke mall yesterday I walked in and was greeted by a young lady with braids she attended to call another sales associate silvia to help me but that associate acted as if she didn’t even see me I called her name again she looked At me and turned around no greeting or anything The young lady with the orange hair was assisting those customers I had to wait until another representative Shaylynn saw me and asked me if I needed help at that point that’s when I told you I needed my bracelet cleaned and I need to purchase a charm every time do I go into a Pandora store I’m greeted with a warm welcome and assisted right away if there is no line Silvia didn’t even acknowledge my existence she wasn’t busy she just dint want to help me as soon as shalyn started assisting me two white girls walked in abs she darted quickly to them I have never felt so discriminated against in my life I have brought all my sisters and nieces Pandora bracelets and it sickens me to know that some employees are able to discriminate against customers whenever they like pick and choose the sales the think they will make based on the persons look it’s not fair
