Compre un anillo para mi esposa en junio del año pasado y hace más de dos meses se le cayó una piedra, estuve tratando de comunicarme varias veces con servicio al cliente pero nadie me comunico con la persona a indicada, agora voy a la tienda de ubicada en el Mall de pembroke pines y me dicen que ya no tiene garantia porque ya pasó 1 año...pero llevo más de dos meses tratando de llamar a servicio al cliente y nadie me dio solucion... el anillo salio defectuoso y me parece que deben cambiarlo

The sales associate wasn’t welcoming or warm. She didn’t seem eager to want to help. She assist me with looking for what o wanted.

Did not take the time to ask manager for other solution. Manager ended helping but after i had to ask for name and last name of the manager. The associate didn’t even know the manager’s last name.

The sales associate was the worst in my entire life her name is abigail #190609 she is not friendly didnt show any excitement, didn’t provide any customer service, she is not a seller, didn’t talk at all. Shouldnt be there

I went to the mall to get a gift for a friend of mine. Waited in line for 45 minutes. Looked in the catalog & selected the "Lion King- Simba🦁 " charm. She told me she had it in stock. She wrapped it up & I left. When it was time to present the gift it was unexpectedly"Dumbo "character & his mom. Not to Mention she said all sales were final. My friend was lost as to why I picked that charm & I was lost as to why she didn't get the reason why I picked the Simba charm. Ruined the entire significance of my gift
