Too long of a line for exchange, people buying new items take longer, should have another line for exchange. The associate wouldn't just use the ship slip for the return and made me provide information I did not want to provide to pull up order on tablet.

There were 2 associates and 2 customers including myself. We were not allowed to browse. We were told to look through the brochure before entering the store so we knew what we wanted to purchase. Well I didn’t have anything in particular in mind other than maybe a necklace. Presentation was awful. They brought out Tupperware containers with little baggies of necklaces that the poor associate had to shuffle through to help me make my purchase. No little black velvet cloth to help with the presentation. No mirrors to look at. Daughter was interested in a ring that she saw across the room but could not go across the room to show associate and couldn’t find it in the book so essentially lost a purchase. I understand we are trying to be careful with Covid however the shopping experience was completely unacceptable and I will not be returning.

I tried to return a bracelet that was to small and no one in the store could help me or online. As a valued customer for over 10 years wearing pandora products. Replacing a bangle lost pandora a customer!

i have order and bobby brown Pandora bracelet for Christmas present . i had order the bracelet because i honestly dislike going to the store and wait in line however when i check on my mail an open the Pandora bag i see the bracelet looks different from the one i have order i paid $49.50 only which i had an 15% percent off that why i prefer to order online . I'm really upset because i had to go to the Pandora store wait for an hour in line which i honestly dislike and an associated help me an said they can exchange or return the item and i took the received from the order i purchases online and they confirmed i was right that i order the right bracelet but Pandora send me the wrong bracelet .. i was really upset and mad at the same time an i call the customer service line and George will me on the phone and said he was going to refund my money with in 3 to 5 days like really ? i cant believe this was happening , thank god i looked at the bracelet imagine my daughter had opened the gift with the wrong bracelet and i had also bought charms however at the end i had to purchase the same item at the store waste more money which i wasn't expecting to horrible experience .

As a preferred customer, I received very poor customer service from the employee & the store supervisor Nair Salinas, she was extremely rude to someone that was spending over $200, in this store. I will not be returning to this store ever again. Pandora has very poor representation in their management team.

went to purchase a pandora charm as a gift. the item was place din the 30% off case with many others and the sales associates and supervisors were very rude and at first not willing to accommodate me as the customer. The supervisors simply placed blame on their new associates saying that the charms was placed in the wrong case. To me blaming others and now owning up to giving me the 30%off is not pandora customer service for an error made by a pandora employee regardless of who the employee is. if new employees are being hired then they should be rightfully trained as to what charms should be placed where. I am a customer card holder and have been for quite some time. I have spent quite a few thousand of dollars in your stores and I AM HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH MY VISIT TODAY!! Your supervisors like NAIR AND MARYMAR (ESPECIALLY HER) SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. They need training on how to handle customers with the utmost respect and tonight i was not giving that so I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

Pembroke Lakes Mall 11401 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines Fl 33026 Employees Myriam and Myesha, has been unprofessional and unethical, in assisting me with their customer service. Treated me and my mother two days in a row, like garbage. Others, in the store as well feel dissatisfied with their service. They made me call customer service because they did not want to assist me. I was pleasantly polite and been a loyal customer to Pandora, over the years. I have NEVER been so humiliated, embarrass and felt like a person in the back of the bus. If you need any more information. please contact me, Holidays, is right around the corner, please replace does two employees, if you want to satisfy consumers, then you shall replace those two employees (Myriam and Myesha) also, lied and claim they were store managers and they were not, they do not work, not productive at all and hide behind the back doors, other staff members, step outside to notify us they were nasty to work with as well and they are sorry for their actions. 954-793-2171. natashasaffie@gmail.com, My name is Natasha Saffie.

The customer service is really bad, the sellers and the manager both are terrible. They don’t have a good attitude with the customer and the disposability for show the merchandise.

My daughter (14 years old) purchased one charmed for 55.00 from Milly at Pembroke Pines mall. She thought she had additional money to purchase another item , she did not. When I said, she will not be taking the second item, Milly return the item. Milly did not notice I was looking at her when the store manager was approaching her and the face she made to the manager was awful since my daughter was not able to purchase the second item. I could not believe it and in front of the store manager I said , I don’t appreciate the face and that’s rude. The store manager looked at my daughter and myself and did not apologize. She did mention to my daughter it’s ok continue to save your money. I’m beyond furious.
