I felt like I was an criminal in the store. The girl was rude talking under her breath saying comments. She was saying she needed my Id she need wasnt gonna be responsible for my charge on my car. She wrote my Id called an manger to say I need to talk to u when she leaves. She was nasty.. I told my sister did I do something wrong. I wanted an new bracelet as well but with her rudeness I didnt get it. I got my earrings and left. I wanted to return them after I got them cuz how disrespected I felt in the store. My 1st time shopping there and l wont be going back to that store

The pandora store at Pembroke Lakes Mall in Pembroke Pines,Fl was a nightmare. The staff was unorganized and completely unaware that several customers were all waiting to either be helped or to put our names down on a waiting list etc. Several customers walked out and the few of us who were still waiting were not attended to until two of us spoke up and asked what are we suppose to do to let them know who is next because they didn’t ask any of us they just went to help someone that has just walked in without asking any of those whom were already standing at the counter waiting for help and we had to say hey wait we have been waiting here we r next. Then one of the associates has to interrupt the manager on duty to ask her what to do and the manager didn’t even realize that we were all standing there unattended without being acknowledged and IN ORDER-taking our names down on waiting list. It was a disaster of both management and disorganized u trained staff. You lost customers that night which means money and potential rescuing old customers.

The sales associate who attended us was very dismissive.She didn't show interest in helping us find what we were looking for.I go to Pandora stores often and this is by far my worst experience.This sales associate was really bad at her job and we left dissatisfied.

When Ms. Alexia was done with the customer, she hesitated to call the next customer. Andrea called me over with a smile and told me that Alexis would help me. Alexis did not smile and appeared as if she did not want to be there. I explained that I’m interested in buying the oxidiz bracelet and I see you have one on display about my size. She kept insisting that I go online and that the display item is “not” for sale. She gave me the story that the display items have to be taken down not during store hours and placed in inventory to be sold to the customers. I asked Andrea, more experienced sales associate, if I may purchase the last oxidiz bracelet that is on the display mantle. Without hesitation, Andrea went and grabbed the item, that was my size. I am most annoyed with Alexis dictating a potential paying customer to go online, or that I they cannot purchase a display item. I’m concerned about how Alexis customer service ethics. I trust that management and general manger will review this survey and discuss this matter to learn of how to prevent this from recurring.

mucho tiempo para la atención al público, sobretodo con 5 personas en el mostrador, muy mala ganas de la persona que te atiende, cara de pocos amigos, finalmente no recomiendo a nadie para está tienda

I waited in the store for 2 hours. When I first walked in the store, there were 4 associates working. Within 10 minuets, 2 left and there was only 2 left for the reminding time. The manager was there only taking names and watching every transaction being done. Once the associate finished with the customer the manager could have finished the transaction instead of just watching. The store was filled with people

I was ignored and when I asked if there was someone who could help me the sales associate said, "not right now" They took customers who came in after me. The sales associate was not friendly at all. I probably will not be returning there any time soon. Terrible customer service.
