La atención fue rápida, me mostraron distintos charms de todo mi gusto y la atención fue muy buena.

I always make appt with Silvia C because she is so professional and very knowledgeable . My appt was at 130pm and I was done in less than 10 minutes. There is always a long wait line which is why I like the option to make an appt with Silvia at Pandora. I do my research and had 9 charms selected prior to my appt. Once I got there I showed Silvia my selections and it took her about 3 minutes to pull out 6 of them, the other 3 they did not have but she said that she could get them if I wanted her to. I did not want to trouble her and I had to be back at work so I picked 3 out of the 6 that she had for my sister's and daughter's birthdays... I will definitely be back within 90 days and I have already told my friends and family where to go to buy Pandora charms and jewelry. Silvia is a true professional and I will always come back as long as she is there to help me. Thank you again, Pandora and a special thank you to Silvia, always knowing and having what I am looking for!

The line was long during the sale, but there was a sale associate helping the line to move forward. Many people left the line because they got quick responses if the charm they wanted was available to purchase at the location.
