My only issue with the visit was the first three charms I selected were all sold out, a few I saw in pictures in the store haven’t been in inventory in over 1year, but the sales associate noticed my taste and made several suggestions. I purchased half of her suggested charms, and she educated me on how to wear them , plu encouraged me to bring the charms back with my bracelet so she could help me balance and set them up. She was very friendly and a pleasure to shop from

Felt protected (i.e., Covid) - Protocols are in place and enforced by staff so that no other customers are invading your space. Very pleased to get an associate who was very professional - and NO, I don't know this young woman, but she made me (probably 40 years older than she) very comfortable. (Receipt name: Honora?) I was in and out with all my needs being met in less than a 1/2 hour - including trying on necklaces, seeing choices, etc.
