I frequent this Pandora location all the time. I am there at least 3 to 4 times a month. Also, the customer service is the best and I know all of the sales representatives on a personal level.

I originally stopped by the Pandora store to get my bracelet and charms cleaned. Having my bracelet for some time I felt compelled to add a charm to my bracelet after getting cleaned. The sales associate asked me what kind of charm I was interested in. I was eager to get a charm that had my birthstone (diamond) in it. She showed me a different cases and had no problem answering any questions I may have had. She was super friendly and very helpful. My visit was very pleasant and smooth. I loved it! I'll be going back very soon!
