Because my associate was very helpful in helping me choose some charms. When she could not find one she had another associate help her.

I waited in line outside the store to go in and they had a greeter that spoke to me by name and also gave me a code to scane so I could look at the catalog. The woman that helped me was awesome. I have never been to pandora and she answered all of my questions. I looked through a catalog to see what charms I wanted, and when I picked one they didn't have she offered to order it. I didn't go that route, but it was nice to have that option.
