i came into the store knowing i wanted a chamr but didnt know what kind exactly. He provided me the time to look through the different cases without feeling rushed.

The salesperson was amazing. She was very professional, patient, and fast. She could answer all my questions. She also showed me different options with respect to the charms I purchased and even packaged them in a way that I could tell who gift it was without opening the bag.
