I always come to the same one in willow grove. The line is always a lot shorter and moves a lot faster. They have a good variety of charms and bracelets so I love it.

The Associate was very helpful. We didn’t have to wait long. We got what I wanted and going back to get another ring I saw.

Professional, courteous attentive and very assisting

The wait time to go in for service was less than 10 mins. I saw the sales reps cleaning between customers. My sales rep went over and beyond although I was making an exchange for a bracelet because of size that was purchased as a gift from South Carolina. This avoided me having to ship it down south for my family to make the exchange. I had very little knowledge about Pandora products but my rep was extremely patient and professional and assisted me until I was completely satisfied. She made the experience stress free and I can't thank her enough!!

The associate who attended me was very kind and knowledgable about the products. She helped me look for the bracelet I wanted, and helped me find the perfect size. I couldn't decide to get the bracelet but she convinced me and I'm glad she did!
