The customer service provided by Honora was excellent. She was knowledgeable of the merchandise. The store was clean & social distancing was practiced.

I went into the store for the Chinese Cat (the Golden Lucky Cat) and she showed me the silver cat. My son pulled up a picture of the cat and she went to get it. That's common when I go into the store, many of the associates don't know the difference between the charms and that's okay as long as they can find it with the picture.

Our assistant helped us find the perfect gift with little detail. She was understanding and nice. She had extreme knowledge on the products.
