She helped make several recommendations when purchasing the merchandise. She had patience showed a great deal of respect and last but not least she smiled and laughed with me the entire visit. He is everything an associate should be. I walked in to get my mother a necklace and he convinced me to get earrings to match (she loved her gift btw) Thank you Patrick :)
