The pop up store is a great idea. We avoided the long lines of the store. The service was quicker. Area was clean and well organized.

The service was quick and the representatives were polite and very helpful.

Pandora system was set up so good while we were in line an associate came to us and asked what we were looking for I told her and when I got in the store the sales associate had a few items set up for me to look at that was very helpful and it kept the line moving.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was treated well and didn't feel like I was being pressured. It was an overall good experience.

The young man that helped me was fairly new but very knowledgeable. I went in for a charm. One always been hesitant to leave my brackets for cleanings . I’ve never had pandora clean them. But he suggested it in a way that gave me complete confidence. Not too sure if anyone else could have some that.

I loved the fact that one of your Sales Ladies came out of the store and addressed those of us who were waiting in line to see if there was a need for us to even enter the store. In my instance, I was going to exchange my charm bracelet that my sister gave me for my birthday. I thought it had felt a little snug but she explained that over time it will expand . She also assured me that if that didn't happen in the next week or so that I could exchange for a size bigger. I did have to go into the store as I needed to purchase a charm bracelet for my youngest granddaughter. I also tried on an an absolutely gorgeous ring which will be my Christmas gift to myself as no-one gave me a gift. I will get it tomorrow and take advantage of the $10.00 coupon after I complete this survey.

The service was great, everyone was friendly, the store was extremely clean but the only problem is no bigger size bracelets so I can exchange the bracelet my boyfriend bought for me. Also the lack of gold charms is disheartening as gold is my favorite color and type of jewelry!

The woman who helped me was extremely helpful when it came to finding a piece of jewelry that would complement my style.

I was very satisfied that my item was there. The speed of everything’s and most certainly the knowledge the lady had while helping me.

The customer service was excellent! Cassandra M (Willow Grove Mall) helped me with my purchase and gave me a lot of information on the pieces I selected. I will be coming back very soon to finish building my bracelet.
