The young lady who serviced me was very nice and aware of all the products Pandora had to offer. I hate the wait in the hallway. Pandora needs to find a way to get people out of the store faster the wait is extremely to long. Ive visited the store several times and left because of the wait.

The service reps were knowledgeable, sanitized after each customer as we all touched things, & kept the customers in line informed of any technical issues and issued Apologies for the inconveniences.

I felt the representative knew a lot about the product. The bracelet was beautiful. Charms cost is expensive, but a quality piece.

Pandora is an overall great store , Great for any gift either it be bday , holidays or Just because. So when you go to a store and the ladies are just out right happy to help you makes purchasing an gift all the better. I would like to shout of the Willowgrove Store. Bora and Nikki are absolutely amazing. Christmas Eve Line was soooooo long it moved quick and the ladies were just professional through all the crazy rush.

The Associate was SUPER kind and very ATTENTIVE.

Despite the COVID-19 circumstances the wait was understandable but the store was amazingly clean and my sales associate was terrific she made everything so easy! The staff in whole were just friendly and so upbeat, it was a pleasure!
