The line at the store was slow, but the kiosk below at the Willow Grove Mall was very efficient and they helped me in a very timely manner, both associate at time of sale (December 1, 2020 at 1:30 pm) worked very well together. I wish I could call them by name, but they should be commended for the job they did in helping me find what I was looking for.

I was able to go right to the pick-up station for my online order. I had to exchange my order for a smaller size, which I was able to do quick and seamlessly. I dealt with one sales associate my entire transaction, which was refreshing to not get passed around. My sales associate was Paige, but everyone in the store was friendly, informative and helpful.
