Once I was admitted into the store, the service was excellent. The problem I had was with another customer while waiting in line outside. This person was not wearing a mask, but did put one on when I asked them to do so, and then I had to ask them twice maintain appropriate social distancing. Nobody from the store was involved.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I appreciated the safety measures in place with all staff wearing masks and the requirement of masks being worn by customers. Also the fact that only a certain number of customers were allowed in at one time to ensure safety. I love the products and was appreciative that I was able to exchange an online order for the proper size and for them cleaning up my older bracelet and making it like brand new.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because Melissa was very professional and most of all pleasant. She was an exceptional sales associate. I also liked the COVID 19 cleaning measures that were in place.

The line attendant outside of the store was extremely helpful regarding an exchange I wanted to make. Morgan, the sales associate inside the store, was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, bright personality, and very knowledgeable about the products. My husband and I will definitely be returning.

I purchase an item at the cherry hill location and was able to return to the willow grove location. I was very happy that willow grove had the item that I truly wanted for myself. The sale's representative was very helpful and kind. I also purchase a gift that online was stating that it was out of stock and it wasn't. So happy I made the decision to actually purchase my item at this mall. Thank you!
