Completely satisfied with the service that was given during my visit. I visited two different locations with be the same care from two different sales person. They were both excellent, helpful and personable.

The associate Samiyah was very friendly and helpful. Although there was a line we did not feel rushed at all. She even went above and beyond and clean my bracelet which I really wanted done. She's great!

I came into Pandora to exchange a bracelet that was too small from my online order. Although I didn’t purchase anything & was making an even exchange, you would’ve thought that I was spending a million dollars by the level of customer service & attentiveness from the time that I had walked through the door until the time that I had left.

The sale associated was pleasant, people friendly and she greeted everyone as they arrive. She offered some assistance while waiting and she helped with the transaction while in line as needed to prevent a long wait.
