The Staff Was Pleasant, Customer Focused, Personable, Friendly and Engaging. I purchased online and didn't know what to expect from exchanging in store but the exchange exceeded my expectations!

The ease of finding what I was looking for was excellent. Salesperson wasn't trying to sell me more than I was there to get. I felt like I was safe at the store on how they practiced social distancing, I was able to watch them clean the table between customers.

I want in lookin for a charm I really wanted but it was not in the store but Morgan looked all around the store for me to see if she saw the charm since it was something I wanted I really appreciate it
