The store was nicely lit and the service was wonderful I didn't really wait in line that long and the associate was very friendly and knew what she was talking about

I have left a lot of stores and never came back because of the way I was treated. I have been here three times and coming back. to compete what I like. My bracelet broke while I was in the store and the associates were very helpful. The quality of service exceeded my expectations.

I was able to come into the store and was greeted by very friendly people. The person who was assisting me was extremely friendly her name was Morgan and she made the entire experience very enjoyable!

As soon as I walked in the associate was very friendly and politely asked us to use hand sanitizer. For out safety. After that she immediately gave us her undivided attention asking us what we were looking for. Also gave suggestions.

The reason why I gave a High Satisfied review, is because I am highly satisfied. The young ladies were kind (Lauren and Bora). They worked as a team and new exactly what I wanted just by me describing what I wanted. They started pulling out charms that spoke to what event I was celebrating. Even told me how to wear/put together the charms on my bracelet. They were constantly cleaning too :)

They didn’t have the August charm but Honora went above and beyond to take down my information and Anaelah was very sweet
