The Salesperson - Pegi answered all my questions in detail. Pegi was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Pandora products. She answered all of my questions in detail and made a few suggestions. I wanted a item that was not available online, but she went to the back and checked the inventory for the item. She found it!! She offered me a catalog and mentioned that some items may not be available in the store due to the pandemic.

I love my Pandora charms that I got I didn't like the customer service there. The girl that greeted me she was very nice but the sales person was not pleasant at all. She didn't have knowledge of the charms that they had their. I had to ask the girl that greeted me what kind of cells they have coming up because the sales person didn't tell me anything. I seriously doubt that I will ever go back to the Willow Grove one. For this being my 1st time going there because I know me go to cherry Hill my visit wasn't very pleasant.

The lady named Perla made my first Pandora experience amazing and made the process so easy going for me. Was willing to get anything that got my eye and also provided her input which was helpful!

Kawthar was excellent in her customer service. I had her in a previous purchase and still vary friendly, kept me and my daughter laughing. I would come again.

The sales associate Kawthar H was very friendly and helpful. I also liked how she was trying to sale me additional products with my purchase without being overly aggressive.

I visited the store to have my daughter and my bracelets cleaned and ended up making a purchase. Overall I was very happy with my shopping experience in the store that day. The customer service was great and the sales representative had a vast knowledge of the past and present jewelry history which was very nice..

Pegi was very friendly and accommodating she helped me pick out the perfect piece for my neice and she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling
