I Love Pandora I gift my family and friends with Pandora jewelry all the time. The reason for my visit was to gift my best friend with her first Pandora bracelet and charms that have a lot to do with our friendship and who she is as a person. I love that with Pandora charms I feel a lot of meaning behind them and they last forever

Sales associate took her time. She was very patient. And she would be on the call of duty to show me merchandise.

The service was very well. Also, with the pandemic right now, we were offered sanitizer upon entering the store. The sales associate was very helpful. We also enjoyed her knowing the products.

My sales associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise. She was excited and welcomed me to the Pandora team, since this was my first time ever being a customer. They cleaned after every customer, which I LOVED!

It was a long line and long wait. However I never mad it in the store because I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales associate was able to help me before I even entered the store. I would recommend ordering and doing curbside pickup.

Although we are still in a pandemic everyone was still professional and very personable. I was not rushed and the associate took her time with me even though the lines were very long outside.
