Jordan has really good customer service skills. The greeter at the door was amazing. She kept communication open about the wait bc of the limited customers due to Covid ( older AA women w/braids). Overall, much better service here then at your Walnut Street store.

With 5e Pandemic going on I stood in a line outside, I was helped by Lauren she was a such a joy to work with. She knew what she was doing all whole multitasking by helping people in the line and helping me with an exchange. She was a true GEM! Fast , friendly and knowledgeable.
