I wanted to exchange my charm bracelet for a bigger size that was bought as a gift for my birthday in January. Since the bracelet looked still brand new I was able to exchange and bought a couple a charms and clamps. That’s how satisfied I was. Thank you!

The sales associate was helpful, she was very nice & she rewrapped our gift for use after I had to go to my car to get the other charm.
