I love this store and the manager is great

was greeted immediately by an associate who was helpful & knowledgeable about the merchandise and very helpful.

When I went into the store, I was greeted with a friendly hello, how are you. Then a sales person asked me if I needed assistance, or did I know what I was looking for. I then told them what I wanted and the sales associate showed me my options. I also asked for another charm I had seen previously and was helped by the manager of the store. The manager was extremely helpful and explained and answered my questions with knowledge.

I was highly satisfied for many reasons. There were many people ready to help when you walked through the door. They were very polite and helpful.

I had the best customer service from the sales rep Alaysha G!! She was very knowledgeable of the product and courteous with her presentation. I myself work in sales, and greatly appreciate her customer service. She deserves kudos and I hope she is rewarded for great service!

I came in-store to return a bracelet that was too small and was able to get in and out the store in about 5 minutes and was able to also exchange for a bigger size. Ava B. (Salesperson) was very friendly and helpful

Bora was very friendly and helpful as soon as I set foot in the store. She assisted me with finding the glow in the dark firefly with ease. Also her knowledge on rings and sizing was impeccable. Just that fact she was able to guess my size just from a glance and having me do a couple of ring test was amazing. Thank you Bora for being so friendly and having a smile on your face the entire time I was there.

Had a bad experience purchasing Pandora @ Time After Time and decided to take my business directly to the source. Even though I had to take an extra bus. Went to Willow Grove Mall
