THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN IN THE STORE AND I WAS RETURNING AN ITEM WAITED FOR 45 MINUTES NO RESULTS STILL DOWN THEN CASSANDRA CAME TO HELP ME SHE TOLD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION DOWN AND MY PHONE NUMBER TOLD ME WHEN THE SYSTEM CAME UP SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND CALLED ME BACK WITH A POSITVE FEEDBACK SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SHE WAS EXCELLANT

The young lady (Morgan) was friendly and very helpful, in explaining why my charm did not fit on my other bracelets. That I not only kept the charm I received as a birthday gift but in fact brought a another charm and a Pandora Me Link bracelet.
