My experience was not a bad one but I feel there was a little room for improvement. The store was a little busy but I feel that the sales reps should have greeted customers as the entered and directed them to look around and bare with them until someone became available. I did not have a long wait, and once I was seen my experience was not a bad one.

My sale person was amazing!! She help me find all the charms and bracelet I was looking for , for my sister birthday ! I didn’t really no what to get but she helped me make a birthday bracelet that turned out AMAZING !! And I even got me some charms lol best store ever !!!!!!

The employees was very respectable not only the staff that was taken care of me. I watched the other employees they all were patiently kind even when we wasn’t so nice are said ugliest things to them but your employees know how to handle them selves
