I was greeted in a timely manner and the woman who was taking names was able to inform the associate who would be waiting on me exactly what I needed

I was treated professionally, kind and they gave me the info., about the items I needed as well as others. They also let me know of any free gifts and future savings I can get. The technician (Cassandra) that help me was kind, professional, real, helpful and made sure she mentioned cleaning products for my items purchased and also showed me other items needed to complete my bracelet I ended up purchasing. I loved the real in the technician that help me & she also acknowledged my son and daughter that accompanied me.
