With the holiday season, the store had many patrons put the wait was not long. The sales person was very good and pleasant.

My sister and I literally came in right before close with about 3 or 4 other customers already there. Usually other retail associates show that they’re frustrated when people come in but not Leanna. She came right over to us, greeted us, and showed that she was more than happy to help us. Both me and my sister have never had pandora bracelets so Leanna helped us find out perfect size and also gave us knowledge on some of the charms and how the bracelets are supposed to fit. She was absolutely amazing and sooo polite!

The person who was helping me, Morgan was so funny and helpful! She was showing me ways to style the rings. Also she showed me different option colors and overall was amazing! Definitely would go back again because of her!

Lauren was very helpful, and although I missed Black Friday shopping this year, she gave me the cyber Monday deal in store. She wrapped my gifts beautifully! Thank you Lauren :)
