My Sales associate very polite and helpful. I said what I was looking for, and I was presented with great options to choose. Wonderful conversation while my gift was being perfectly wrapped. I was on my in less than half and hour.

I am very happy with this pandora location. I walked in and right away I was greeted. Shorty after, the lady who greeted me brought me over to Thomas. Thomas is a great example of an awesome employee. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me for a good while. He helped me pick out not 1 but 2 new charms for my girlfriends birthday. The rose gold galaxy charm and the silver open heart charm. And he put a good story behind them as well. Thomas is a great employee and I will definitely be back.

Good experience overall

The sales person (Gina) was extremely nice, courteous and knowledgeable. She had the items I called in about at hand and everything went smoothly. I will be back to this store in the future. Nothing but nice people work there.
