I was greeted by a sales associate as I enter the store. My sales associates names where Tom and Sinai. They were very professional and friendly. Because of his and attitudes they won me over. My plans were just to get my bracelets cleaned but I left the store with another bracelet with 5 charms on it. Also brought a additional 5 charms. They are two funny and beautiful people.
