The ease of exchanging my charm was simple and strat forward. I was Acknowledged and remembered as soon as I walked in the store. My overall experience was very pleasant and I plan to return very soon.

Honora and I believe the other rep name was Lillian or Lynn. Best customer service I've ever received over the years since coming to this location. Both were patient, kind, nice and very helpful. Please applaud them for a job well done. I may shop at Pandora in the morning hours when it's less crowded and staff are more happy to help you. Thank you ladies again
