Customer service is awesome

Sales associate Lauren was the furthest from me and greeted me first. She was pleasant and continued to help me even tho the first 2 charm ideas I had were not available. ( An autism charm should be in the works soon pandora) Nonetheless she didn’t pressure me to get just anything but helping think about hobbies and things that this person enjoys and we came up with the perfect charm.

I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter. I could find the ornaments like bracelet and chain which are pretty and I thought would suit her. I am happy my daughter liked them

I came in will a plan and a budget. Tom is great at his job, I blew my plan and budget.

The store had a welcoming view to it. We were instantly being helped and assisted with. The staff was really patient with me taking 30mins to chose a ring!!!! Can’t wait for future purchases.

This is my favorite Pandora store. Last month I had an opportunity to visit the Cherry Hill store. Not near as nice as the store. Your store is well lit clean and very easy to get assistance.

I was able to show a picture of what I was looking for seemed sales associate was able to locate it for me.
