I was highly satisfied because I was greeted when I immediately walked in and did not feel rushed while trying to figure out what I wanted to purchase. The sales person really made sure to show me many options and different style to choose from. Because of their help and patience showing me options I ended up walking out of the store buying something. My intentions were to only go in and look to get an idea. Everyone was very friendly which made it easier to choose what I wanted to purchase to represent something for my son and I. I have been looking for months and have been set on a getting a necklace, however I did not love the necklace chains in pandora, and once she showed me the open cuff bangle I fell in love. However I was very disappointed that the rose gold was so much more expensive than the silver one. I understand its rose gold plated but it was a huge jump from $80 to $200. I cant wait to come back and buy another piece of jewelry in the future. I am interested in getting a few different pieces such as earrings, another bracelet to stack with the one I purchased yesterday and possibly a ring.

Thr original polishing cloth was available. They are the best.

Vasilios was a lot of help. He located the Jessie charm for me quite quickly. After our purchase he then helped us with the Lion King Bundle.

The sales representative was very polite and helpful to my daughter whom I was starting a Pandora bracelet. The selection of charms caught my young daughter's eyes immediately. She knew exactly what she would like after explaining her interests.
