Didn't have to wait long..Someone came over and signed me in,, I didn't have to find them..Store associate was extremely nice

I was Satisfied, 1st I was qualified for a free bracelet, the association name Gail was very nice polite and she helped me, and she actually took her time with me, they didn't have certain charms that I had wanted because they are no longer available or discontinued so I had to pick other options that I liked, and it was affiliated with my price range so I was satisfied. Thank you

I'm a senior citizens and as you know we can be very casus about our spending. Gail the sale person was very patient with me. I looked at several items and could not make a decision at that time. I left the store and told Gail I would return later. I returned about 45 minutes later. Gail quickly started helping me again, she remembered the item I was looking at and even included some extra matching items for the ones I liked which was a very smart thing to do. I did purchase one item and I, going to purchase the other extra item she showed me at a later date. (watching my spending) Gail is a plus to your company and I would like to thank her again for her patience and help.

This was my first Pandora experience in any Pandora store. The store was lovely, clean, organized, and staff were immediately available and welcoming.
