The service was fast the rep was really helpful considering I was looking for a charm for principal day we put our heads together and came up with a really nice charm that I must say she loves

Je suis entièrement satisfaite du service reçu au centre Rockland. Toutefois, avant de m'y présenter, je suis allée au Pandora du Carrefour Laval où j'ai reçu le pire service à la clientèle. La dame qui était au comptoir m'a complètement ignorée, a servi 3 clients qui sont arrivés après moi avant de simplement quitter le comptoir en disant qu'elle devait faire quelque chose. Elle était très bête, ne m'a jamais souri. Elle m'a ensuite référée son collègue qui, lui, par chance était très courtois. Vraiment service merdique. Une chance qu'au centre Rockland ils étaient très très gentilles. Je pense ne plus jamais faire affaire avec le Carrefour Laval. Toujours une mauvaise expérience.

I went into the store to get two bracelets cleaned and to possibly purchase a charm for myself. My mom works at the store and I let that be known. The sales associate Cassandra asked what I was getting my mom for Mother's Day and I let her know that her bday is the same day. She told me all the things my mom was looking at while working her shift one day. I purchased something for my mom, a charm for me and one for my sister. The bracelets took an hour to clean; however, they were sparkling new! Thanks for the awesome service, Cassandra M.!

The associate quickly greeted my mother and I. She asked questions to find something we might like for our birthdays. The first things she showed us, we ended up getting and more! She was pleasant and even showed us the jewelry she had on that we admired.

Bora was our sales associate. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. I told her what I was looking for and my price range and she make excellent recommendations. I ended up adding 2 new charms based on her recommendations. She was warm and inviting. Will be back to this location for mother’s day gifts within the next few weeks.

Although I was satisfied with the merchandise that I purchased and satisfied with the sales associate the wait for service was very unsatisfactory

Upon walking in the store I was uncertain of which item to choose, but the sales representative quickly begin to ask how she could help! She was knowledgeable of the product and very courteous.

I arrived when the store opened and there was no one else in the store. I received immediate help.

The associate was very helpful. I changed my mind a few times and she continued to work with me. I appreciate all the help from the staff.
