The customer service was great. I did not have to wait long to be helped, and once I received help the associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

Eric, the manager who assisted us was very professional, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend his service at this location to anyone at any time. Pandora should hire more people like him. He is a very valuable asset to your company. When we left the store we felt at ease that our problem was solve and in a timely manner. We even left the store buying additional stuff from him.
