The service rep was very helpful, there was a great sale going on so I was able to get more for my money, love the customer sign in system so each person is waited on in the order they check in.

I went in on Christmas Eve and management had everything under control so what appeared to be a long line was actually moving pretty well. Then, when I got to the counter Jennifer V was great! She helped me select perfect gifts for every lady on my list. They all love the jewelry. Those who are new to Pandora are already expanding.

Because of the holidays I can understand why there is a limit of how many people are allowed in the store at one time. The manager was outside creating and directing us to the back of the line and said he would be right with us. I had no problem with waiting since I was just getting a giftcard.
