I was looking for something that was bought for me on another occasion and the sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about. Every time I go there I get serviced almost immediately. I am always satisfied with the selection of merchandise at the store. Pandora has awesome jewelry.

Associate went out of her way to help. Gave her shopping opinion when asked (honest answers. Not I saying anything to make you spend money answers). Experience was like shopping with a friend.

I was pleased with how I was greeted at the door, my name was taken and although it was crowded I didn't mind and I was informed of an expected wait time. I was also pleased with the associate that was very helpful in locating a charm that was perfect for the occasion that it was being purchased for. He was very knowledgeable of the product.
