Lauren, the sales associate, who assisted me was extremely friendly. She was great at offering different ideas and selections for what I was looking for to complete my bracelet. Lauren also made me feel like she was happy to spend the time with me as she showed me around the store. I was extremely happy with her customer service.

I was acknowledged immediately upon entering the store. The sales associate introduced herself, got the merchandise I wanted, showed me how to remove the balks at the ends of the bangle to add charms and I was on my way.
