When i walked into the Pandora i was politely greeted, someone was there to help me right away and help me pick out a perfect christmas. My experience was awesome...

First experience was the Store Manager Chris while waiting in line. Once I entered the store Kayla customer service was exceptional. I currently have Pandora products but they were gifts. So this visit I was buying myself something. I was a little confused but Kayla answered all my questions and never got frustrated. She was truly amazing.

I love this product and always friendly sales assistants.

I purchase a bracelet from the new reflections line and really liked the look and the charms. The salespersons was very pleasant as I could'nt make us my mine.

QUICKLY ACKNOWLEDGED BY STAFF. MALE GREETED ME AND APPEARED TO BE A TRAINER AND PASSED ME OFF TO GABRIELA. HE WATCHED HER THE WHOLE TIME IN CASE SHE HAD QUESTIONS. HE EVEN HELPED HER WRAP MY GIFTS.
