I had shopped at your location in Disney Springs and the staff was wonderful. The staff at King of Prussia were very rude. I found your location at Willow Park Mall and they were just out of this world. I will never shop at King of Prussia due to their rudeness and extremely happy at Willow Grove! I collect the Disney charms and would like to know when Chip n Dale will be part of the collection.

Lauren was very friendly and helped answer my questions. I couldn’t decide between getting a sliver or shiny gold bracelet but she helped me select the right one; which headed up being the shiny gold. She tried on different colors and sizes to match me perfectly!

I called ahead of time to see if they had a certain charm, they took the time and looked it up, when i got to the store the woman who answered the phone said, oh yes i remember your call, we have the charm. She was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to have as a customer service clerk. A asset to the company!

The customer service with excellent. Lauren answered all my questions. Lauren was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Lauren provided me with additional information I was not aware of when shopping during the upcoming holiday; no waiting in line for pandora card holders. Overall it was a rewarding experience.
