The jewelry was out to try on which shortened my stay. The salesman was friendly and gave me advice to keep my jewelry clean and new looking. It was a good experience. Felt special.

The sales people know exactly where the charms are that you are looking for. Then when you find others you like, they are very patient and don't rush you why you are looking.

The woman who assisted me was EXTREMELY patient, kind, nice,& VERY professional. She took her time& went to the extreme on cleaning my bracelet. She spent at least a half hour helping me to find just the perfect charm i would be happy with :) She had conversation with me also, laughing,& just made my experience overall a GREAT/PLEASANT one.
