The sales representative Alana was sooo sweet and patient with me. I was buying charm bracelets for my grandchildren and she helped me put the charms on. She was so sweet, she reminded me of my granddaughter. The store was crowded but she was so calm. After Christmas I will go back to get me a bracelet, however, I must tell you all of the sales representatives were pleasant and people were leaving the store smiling! Give them raises!!!

The staff is always very knowledgeable. Never experienced any salesperson who was not friendly and helpful. I have been assisted numerous times with Associate Idina, who is awesome.

The sales associate was very pleasant and patient with my teenage daughter and I. My daughter made a purchase for her olderf sister and the associate took time to show her many great options. After the associate finished with my daughters purchase, I asked her if she could continue to wait on me because I wanted my daughter to pick a few options for herself as a Christmas gift and I would purchase at least two, but I needed my daughter to step outside the store so she wouldn't see her gift. The associate was very patient and humored us needing to keep the element of surprise in our gift giving and she showed us some beautiful charms that were available, including Spider-Man, which my daughter is a fan of. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing three charms for my daughter instead of two because they were all beautiful and I couldn't leave one behind. The associate wrapped them nicely in your beautiful gift boxes, which were reasonably priced at $5.00 and we were on our way. When I inquired about buying solution to clean her current bracelet and charms, the associate explained, I could purchase solution or bring it in for a free cleaning. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
