The experience was great from start to finish. The associates were very prompt in their greeting and extremely courteous. If I didn't live in England, I would definitely return to this location.

Jennifer T gave me a compliment the moment I entered the store. This was awesome because the compliment was a pleasant surprise and I was in a hurry to make it to a Bridal Expo to meet my daughter. Jennifer T clearly explained the return policy and quickly completed my return. Eric B had a catalog in hand to show me what I should have purchased. Both were very engaging where I shared my next appointment ( the expo). Jennifer T informed me of the Bride and Mother of the Bride charms (very exciting). I will return to Willow Grove to purchase the items I should have purchased as well as the Bridal charms. If all of the employees are as professional, friendly, and helpful as Jennifer T and Eric B, choosing my favorite store would be difficult. Currently, Willow Grove wins hands down!
