Para empezar, desde que entré la atención fue de la más grata. Los empleados siempre estuvieron al pendiente de las necesidades del cliente (mi familia). Si un artículo ya no estaba disponible, la empleada, se encargó de buscar el articulo más parecido , además de que siempre se encargaba de que nos sintieramos satisfechas con los articulos que ibamos a comprar.

I think this is a unique way to buy gifts for my love ones. I was somewhat satisfied with this purchase as a gift for someone else, however the specific charms I went to purchase was only available online and I couldn't use my Pandora credit card to order these charms online. That is a bummer. What is the purpose of having a credit card you can't use when you want to purchase a gift and/or gifts. I don't drive so it's an inconvenience to me if I don't have a ride and I mainly shop online because of this. I will still buy from Pandora now that I have my own bracelet however it will not be often. I live too far from the nearest Pandora store and have to get there on public transportation. Other than that I love both of my purchases except the fact I couldn't get the charms I wanted for someone who just received their CPA License and graduated from college.

The service was excellent. We got and found everything we were looking for. Salesman was a pleasure to deal with.
