I was very satisfied because the manager was very polite. He gave me various of options and helped me picked the perfect gifts for my mother and mother in law. He informed me of promotions and in talked me into getting a Pandora credit care and whipe kit. I have already recommended the store and the manager to family memebers. With my purchase I had the chance to get myself a gift. Thank You for the service.

When I walked in the store I was greeted by a smile. The store was bright and clean. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

The sales associate was wonderful. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I adore the Willow Grove store manager. Every time I go to this store, he is so friendly. He is very engaging and we always chat about the new products coming out.

We were greeted and treated with respect. When we looked at the different charms, they were on the pillows, not just all jumbled in the squares.
