My salesperson Crystal did a phenomenal job with me. I was with two other people and Crystal was very patient with us. She was knowledgeable of all the merchandise and she helped us pick charms to match our bracelet style and Crystal helped us to rearrange the charms to make the bracelets more appealing. This is by far the best experience I had in one of the Pandora locations.

The atmosphere was great and the sale person was friendly and helpful for a guy looking for a gift for his wife.

In general I like the pandora charm merchandise. It would be better to offer the hard bangles in a wider variety of sizes, e.g., a 20”. It would also be a better shopping experience to offer to order charms for customers in to the customers preferred location as opposed to sending the customer to another store.
