I was highly satisfied because the sales representative immediately acknowledged me within a few minutes of entering the store. Upon my telling her that I was okay for that moment, she did note me looking for assistance after a short period and acknowledged me again. She was very helpful through my entire visit and through my transaction.

Chaisa was welcoming, polite, patient and knowledgeable of merchandise and polices. She heard me and made appropriate recommendations. She offered to clean my previously purchased items.
