the store had every charm and ring I went in looking for!! better than the first location i went to. super happy to have found everythiing i was looking for even a week before christmas!!

The Sales Associates who helped me with what I was looking for was very helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and asked if I was satisfied with the quality of the item. I purchase a charms that was quite expenses, from the online store. When it arrive I wasn't happy with how it looks. So, I went directly to the Pandora store in the Willow Grove Mall, where the saleslady exchange the charms with no problem. I left the pandora store quite happy Thank you.
